How do we get started?
To initiate a quote, simply give our team a call to communicate your business needs and aspirations. We will promptly design a comprehensive strategy to transform your goals into reality. Remember, we’re a small business. So if someone doesn’t answer the phone right away, leave a message!
What if my home is Damaged?
Spray Squad is fully insured up to $2 million CAD. This means any and all incidental damage to your home caused by us, is covered. We also insure our employees through mandatory WSIB.
Can I request a change in schedule?
Feel free to reach out regarding any changes in your scheduling preferences, and we will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability! Most of our projects are at-will and we will refund the deposit if for any reason you don’t want to reschedule.
How is payment processed?
For residential projects over $1000, we request a minimal deposit prior to booking, with the remaining balance to be remitted at completion. Commercial projects require 25 percent deposit.
Can I obtain an itemized receipt for my purchase?
Yes, we send detailed quote sheets before project start, and a matching invoice upon completion. Contact us if you require additional documents.
